Do you love flowers but always struggle to arrange them when you get them home? Well this is the workshop for you.

During this workshop I will teach you how to arrange beautiful seasonal flowers using sustainable methods.

We will start by looking at how to choose suitable flowers, how to put together a colour palette and how to condition the flowers so they are ready to arrange in the vase.

I will then discuss various different ways to tackle arranging flowers in a variety of vases using traditional sustainable methods and then demonstrate how to arrange your flowers in the vase provided to create a beautiful natural seasonal arrangement.

Everyone will then have the opportunity to be creative and test out their newly learnt techniques and create their own arrangement to take home with them.

The workshop will end with a question and answer session where I will do my best to answer any further flower arranging questions and give you some of my own top tips for arranging flowers in your home and prolonging the life of your flowers.

During the workshop we will stop for refreshments and homemade cake.

This workshop is being held in the cafe at Jacklands Fishing Lakes. This is a new venue based at the fishing lakes in the beautiful Somerset Countryside. The venue is located just outside Nailsea and just 30 minutes outside of Bristol.
